+ Do you work with products we already have?

Yes. If this is your first time working with us we will normally suggest an in-home complimentary house visit where we can take a look at your “inventory.” Most clients store their holiday décor in their attic. As long as your items are accessible and visible, there is no need to actually pull them out of the attic. From there we discuss your goals and wants with what your already have. We can a. create a holiday design plan with what you have to work with or b. come up with a holiday design plan using what you have and curate additional pieces.

+ Do you work with clients starting absolutely from scratch?

Absolutely! As holiday elves we specifically thrive in this element. However, if you are someone interested in holiday decorating and starting from scratch we recommend talking to us sooner rather than later. Great holiday décor sells out faster than most people realize. We typically like to place Christmas Holiday Orders no later than October 31 of your installation year.

+ How soon do you book out?

We have regular Christmas clients that book out their installations as soon as the décor comes down! Typically Pre and Post Thanksgiving Week Time Slots fill up fast! Contact us ASAP to see what we can do!

+ How do you come up with Holiday Designs?

For starters as interior designers we like to think we have a general good design eye. If you already have holiday décor you want us to work with we can go off that and build on it. Holiday Décor also isn’t what it used to be. There’s so much available in literally any color, size or theme imaginable. If you can think it, we can create and install it.

+ How much should we budget?

This is always such a tough question. It really depends on the size of your home and how much you want to do. We have done 1,000 sqft condos as well as 20,000 sqft estates! It also depends if you’re going into this with an attic full of décor or needing everything. Once we walk through your space and specific needs we can give you ballpark figures and break it down more specifically if you feel comfortable moving forward!

+ Do you travel out of state?

Absolutely! We currently service Virginia, New York and Florida. If you are out of state or more than an hour away from our offices, we do however require payment of travel fees and a separate design fee. Most likely if you’re willing to go through this investment then you are absolutely ready to work with us and so we take this time to take thorough measurements and even get started on your holiday design so we are accomplishing as much as we can in person. We can also do a zoom consult which you will then forgo any additional fees.

+ Where do you service?

With holiday elves spread out at various locations, we are proud to service Richmond, VA + Long Island, NY + Tampa Bay, Florida and surrounding areas.

+ Where do you buy product?

Over the years, we’ve built a lengthy list of quality vendors we love to purchase from. As your designers some of the top things we are always in search for is –quality, -price, -theme and value. + Do you return and take it all down?

Absolutely! Maintaining these gorgeous pieces is so important so that they can last you for years to come! We treat this as a separate project. Besides simply taking your décor down, we come up with an organization system that anyone can look at and make sense of. This way you can reinstall yourself the following year and/or easily navigate for whatever specific circumstance.

+ Are items you purchase returnable?

All items are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
