Airbnb Preliminary Walk Through $225.00

So you just acquired a new property/listing and you want to get my eyes on it. Here we walk through your space, create a punch list item of repairs, paint and upgrades that need to be done prior to the furnishings part.

We discuss your goals for your daily rate and go over your market overview analysis. 

Airbnb Strategy Session $225

Let’s get you on a clear path to make more money in your short term rental investment(s). In this one hour strategy session, zoom or in person (where applicable). I’ll take a deep dive into your reviews and your property’s aesthetics. 

We will review your property and give you actionable items to do to make your property more marketable and stand out in your market. 

Give me the experience $1,200

So maybe you don’t need help with the furnishings because you already have them, or you already have a furnishings game plan but you’re missing the experience component. Book me for the day to give your Airbnb that experience based special touch. Here is where I give your property a unique physical instagram worthy “highlight reel” of your property’s location and/or theme/ambiance. Will it be a mural, or an interactive wall? We will discuss that prior to installation. Please note material charges are not included in this fee. 

Airbnb Revamp Makeover $2,400

We have gotten you on a clear path on what needs to be done to make your Airbnb Better but you just don’t have the time to pick up items or really know how to implement. Book me for 2 days to source and install accessories, art and those little finishing touches that give your airbnb more appeal. 

Show Me the Money

Let me handle the entire sourcing and installation process. I take your airbnb from nothing into something! Take the stress work out, hand me your keys and just show up when it’s done. Deliverables:

- A one of kind Airbnb experience based theme for your specific property.

- Mood Board for Airbnb with theme and ambiance.

- Floor Plan(s) to know what is going where and to use on your AirBnB Listing.
